You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. abc138 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount at abc138 is Rp 10.000. Deposits may be made via any of the supported Indonesian payment methods, including: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. abc138 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which abc138 accepts no liability.
4.2 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account instantly in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak deposits may take up to 60 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, please contact abc138 customer support with your proof of transfer.
4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount at abc138 is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your abc138 Account. For security reasons, abc138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal destination account must exactly match the name registered on your abc138 Account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. abc138 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawal amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed once the Account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. abc138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by abc138 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is presented. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a verified Account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the abc138 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example: a qualifying deposit of Rp 500.000 matched 100% by a bonus of Rp 500.000 produces a combined amount of Rp 1.000.000, which must be wagered 30× (totalling Rp 30.000.000 in bets) before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
5.4 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contribut es 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Slots contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the game provider. Specific contribution rates for each game category will be displayed within the relevant promotion details page.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. abc138 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting technical errors. abc138's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the abc138 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. abc138 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet appears to have been placed in error, where a technical fault has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, or where the bet falls outside abc138's accepted risk parameters.
6.2 Sports Betting. abc138's sportsbook covers a broad range of markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and more. For football markets, abc138 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to a minimum of 3 selections and specific payout rules disclosed at the point of bet placement. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules.
6.3 Togel Markets. abc138 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting markets. Draw results are sourced from officially published draw records. Any discrepancy between the displayed result and the official source will be resolved in favour of the official source result.
6.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and other certified partners. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined by the game server record, which is the authoritative record for settlement purposes.
6.5 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and RNG-based games on abc138 use certified random number generators. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual gaming session.
6.6 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided by abc138 in circumstances including: cancellation of the relevant sporting event, manifest errors in pricing, technical malfunctions affecting bet recording, or confirmed instances of match-fixing or event manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to the player's Account Balance in full.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of the abc138 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc138 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: the use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of services; any technical errors, delays, or malfunctions affecting game delivery or bet recording; or any loss of data or unauthorized access to Account information where such access did not result from abc138's own negligence.
8.2 abc138's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total Amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
8.3 abc138 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from error, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are secure and fit for purpose.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit abc138's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by abc138 is governed by the abc138 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.
abc138 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. abc138 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, game studios, and identity verification services) solely to the extent necessary for the delivery of the services described in these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 Suspension by abc138. abc138 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including: suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions; pending KYC verification; suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity; a dispute concerning the ownership of funds in the Account; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
10.2 Termination by abc138. abc138 may permanently close your Account where investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon confirmed termination for breach, abc138 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including real-money and bonus funds, in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting abc138 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable Balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which abc138 holds its operating license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified by abc138's licensing authority.
